I know sometimes life happens , we have bad days , so we beat our selves up about it . In turn we make the situation worst than when we started .
A bad decision or a bad day does not equate to a bad life .
When such occasions arise , re-route those negative thoughts and emotions to more positive ones.
One way to do so, is to gain clarity on what went wrong , what can be done differently and so forth . You can also speak affirmations to overcome negative self talk .
Taking precaution to how we speak and treat our self will not only bring more peace into your world , but will also allow others to know up front what level of respect to give you. .
