I wouldn’t be here without my sobriety. 🤍

wouldn’t have been created.

I wouldn’t have went on a massive deep dive into my personal growth and spiritual development that led me to where I am today.

I’ve led or cohosted over 15 retreats. I’ve led over 50 reiki trainings and over 200 events or Soundbaths. Traveled to Costa Rica, Peru, Thailand, Sedona and Joshua Tree. And this fall we are going back to Bali and to Vietnam. 🇻🇳

I’m forever grateful I finally made the decision to stop drinking alcohol. And I can say with full certainty that each year keeps getting better and better. 🤍

Alcohol dimmed my light. Kept me disconnected from my intuition and my purpose. Most importantly, it kept me from feeling my feelings and discovering the beauty of who I truly am.

And without it, I am a much better person.
