One of the best things about working for yourself is being able to make up the rules as you go ❤️
I’ll wear whatever I feel for the moment. And end up getting ink on all of it 💀😂

Im enforcing fees. Respect service providers by communicating when you can’t make an appt! The same amount of time it takes to question why someone charged you a fee is the same amount of time it takes to cancel an appt. ❤️

No love lost … it’s business.
I take my work just as serious as you take yours 💕

I would be more lenient if i had a system that didn’t send not only one confirmation reminder but 3! It also shows me when a client opens the reminder and read it.And not only that there are times I text and reach out to confirm as well so that I dont go to the shop for nothing ( we are appt only). I know life is hard for some folks but have respect for people’s business. A simple text or clicking cancellation button 24 hours before your appt not only free you of a fee but you get to reschedule, transfer your deposit to next appt and build a customer trust with your service provider. Not doing so equals fees and no chance to book again.
This isnt for any one I’m particular because every service provider has had cancellations before but more so as a reminder!
Dont be up in arms about the fees. My site is clear and when you book you agree to the terms and conditions ❤️
Thanks to all that respect their business providers! ❤️❤️
