Our 11th Annual Anything For A Friend Bowling Event is coming up on Saturday, October 10th, and we are asking for your help to make this one of our best events yet.

Every dollar we raise goes toward helping individuals and families who are battling cancer with the expenses that insurance simply doesn’t cover. This event has become one of the nights we look forward to most every year, and we want to fill every lane in the building.

There are a few ways you can help us:

• Come bowl — $75 for adults and $25 for kids
• Come hang out even if you don’t bowl — non-bowler tickets are $50
• Put together a team — six bowlers per alley
• Donate an item, experience, gift card, tickets, service, etc. for our silent auction or raffles
• Share the attached flyer with friends, family, coworkers or anyone who might want to join us
• If you can’t attend, consider making a donation to AFAF

The event is Saturday, October 10th from 7:00–11:00 PM at Du Bowl Lanes in St. Louis. Doors open at 6:15 PM, and your ticket includes appetizers, beer, wine, soda and four hours of bowling.

We have a little over a month to go, and we would love to see us completely sell this event out. More importantly, every person who attends, every auction item donated and every dollar raised gives us the ability to say “yes” to another family when they need some help.

Dear AFAF Family,

The 12th Annual Anything For A Friend Golf Tournament is officially SOLD OUT.

Both courses are full. We even have a waiting list.

And while that fills us with overwhelming gratitude, it also reminds us of something bigger — the golf tournament is not the mission. It fuels the mission.

For eleven years, because of this community, we have given nearly $700,000 directly to families battling ALL types of cancer. We are entirely volunteer-run, meaning your support goes straight to families who are facing medical bills, housing stress, travel costs, and daily living expenses during treatment.

Now that golf is sold out, sponsorships drive the impact.

Dear AFAF Family,

We are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming response to this year’s tournament. Both courses are nearly full before we even open registration to the public next week — something we will never take for granted.

While the golfers fill the fairways, it is our sponsors who make the real impact possible.

Every sponsorship directly fuels our ability to say “yes” when a family battling cancer calls us in need. Because of this community, we have been able to give away nearly $700,000 over the past eleven years — and that is only possible because of generous supporters like you.

We hope you’re doing well. We wanted to let you know that it is that time of year again when the golf tournament launches and hopefully sells out.

On May 16, 2026, we will be hosting our 12th Annual Anything For A Friend (AFAF) Golf Tournament, and we would truly love for you to be part of it.

As you know. Anything For A Friend Foundation was created to support families facing cancer—all types of cancer—by providing direct, meaningful financial help during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Everything we do is powered by volunteers, and the money raised goes directly toward helping families when they need it most.

This event has become the heart of our foundation. It’s a day filled with purpose, gratitude, and community—while also being a great opportunity to come together, enjoy a round of golf and some auctions and raffles , and support an important cause.
