Good Body Nutrition is growing, and we’re looking for a Registered Dietitian to join our team.

If you’re passionate about women’s health, grounded in a Catholic worldview, and drawn to a peaceful, non-diet approach to nutrition therapy—this might be a beautiful fit.

This is a remote, part-time role (with room to grow) and offers flexible scheduling, mission-driven work, and the chance to be part of a collaborative, like-minded team.

Hi! I'm Shelby Hirschman. I live in St Louis with my college sweetheart, Sam, and our 3 kids🩵

I am a clinically trained Registered Dietitian, and the owner and founder of Good Body Nutrition.

The heart of my business and work is to help women find peace in their relationship with their food, their body, and their health.

My own story of recovering from an eating disorder and destructive relationship with my body has led me to where I am today. It is one of my greatest honors to be able to accompany and support women who are working to find healing in their own stories.

I'm thankful you are here, and I hope the message of Good Body Nutrition points you to peace, joy, and a life free of body shame🕊️🌿
