The Family Yoga Residency was an amazing experience! Thank you Jowana Marshall for creating a space to explore mindfulness, yoga, nature, and culture for families. What a great opportunity to share my gifts and have my children be immersed in yogic living and while experiencing living in tune with Mother Nature.

We explored harvest songs, dances, and rhythms from Guinea while exploring the science of seeds in the Trip to Africa camp. So grateful to the St. Louis Public Library for supporting art, culture, and community! St. Louis Public Library
