🍂 October has a way of reminding us that change is part of the process.

The leaves let go. The days get quieter. We naturally begin turning inward a little more.

And maybe that’s a good reminder for us, too.

Sometimes we carry stress, emotions, old experiences, and things that simply feel heavy without realizing just how much energy they’re taking from us.

✨ So, what exactly is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle energy practice that works with Universal Life Force Energy. During a session, I use Reiki and intuitive guidance to support relaxation, energetic balance, and a deeper connection with yourself.

You don’t have to know exactly what you need to release. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You simply get to slow down, breathe, and receive.

As we move through this season of change, I offer you to ask yourself:

What am I ready to let go of?
What do I want to make space for?
What would it feel like to come back to myself?

If something in you is saying, “I think I need that,” I invite you to explore Distance Reiki.

You can experience your session from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are.

✨ Distance Reiki sessions are now available to book through my website.

Have questions? comment below or message me I look forward to connecting with you 🤗

🍂 A Season of Balance, Harvest & Release

As we move into the Autumn Equinox over the next few days, nature gives us a beautiful reminder:

Everything has a season.

The equinox is a moment of balance when light and darkness meet almost equally. From here, the days begin getting shorter, inviting us to slow down, turn inward, and make space for a quieter season.

And maybe we can use that same transition as an invitation in our own lives.

🌾 HARVEST
What have you grown this year?
What have you created, accomplished, learned, or received?

⚖️ BALANCE
Where are you giving too much of yourself?
Where could you create a little more balance between doing and simply being?

🙏 GRATITUDE
What is already here that deserves to be appreciated?
What ordinary parts of your everyday life have become easy to overlook?

🍂 RELEASE
What has completed its season?
What are you ready to stop carrying into the next one?

There can be appreciation even in letting go.
Not everything that leaves our lives was meant to stay forever.

🌙 REFLECTION
As the days become shorter, what happens when you give yourself permission to become a little quieter, too?

Not everything needs to be figured out.
Sometimes we simply need to sit with ourselves long enough to hear what we actually need.

🕯️ PREPARATION
What intention do you want to carry with you into this next season?

Maybe this season isn’t asking you to do more.

Maybe it’s asking you to notice more.

Notice what you’ve grown.
Notice what you’re grateful for.
Notice what feels complete.
Notice what you’re ready to release.
And notice the person you’re becoming as you move into your next season.

A little seasonal journal prompt for you:

What have I grown this year?
What am I proud of?
What do I appreciate about my life right now?
What am I ready to stop carrying into my next season? 🍂

Take a few quiet minutes with those questions. You might be surprised by what comes up.

Sometimes the harvest isn’t something we can hold in our hands. Sometimes it’s who we’ve become.

🌑✨ TODAY’S THE DAY! Come out and see us at the Long Family Farmers Market in Woodbridge!

We’ll be there from 2–7 PM, weather permitting, with a beautiful selection of crystals, smoke cleansing, intention-setting goodies, simmering pot mixes, and wearable energy jewelry. And because tonight is the New Moon, I’ll also have my special New Moon Intention Simmering Pot Mix available! 🌿

Whether you’re looking for something to support a new intention, clear out some stagnant energy, or you just want to see what speaks to you, come shop, browse, and say hi!

📍 2300 Opitz Blvd., Woodbridge, VA 22191
Right in front of Sentara Hospital
⏰ 2–7 PM

🌑 A little New Moon tip: Instead of making a long list of everything you want to manifest, ask yourself: “What do I want to feel more of?” Then choose one small action that supports that feeling. Intentions hit a little differently when you give them somewhere to live in your everyday life. 💫
