Taking pause on my hike this morning…a deep breath, hand on my heart, and grateful for the challenge presented to me in the last month with the flooding of two rooms in my rental home.

Spirit channeled through me and explained the reason behind this. I’ll share this in my next book The Magic in Motion: Where Surrender Meets Miracles.

Another day of gratitude!

No one is going to rescue you. I've learned that when times are challenging, people reveal who they truly are.

I am blessed to have friends in other states—Von, Skip and my cousin Kim. During this last month where life challenged me, they made time to listen. Even a woman I had not met (Denise) offerws her home to me and my cats in Asheville! Wow!

I encourage you to look at your circle of friends. I believe as we age, it's something we become more discerning with.

All I know is that I am grateful for the few friends that made time for me this last month. Thank you Von, Skip and Kim. It meant a lot and you made a difference!
