I’m currently looking for a few more women to join my in-person group through Transcendia Healing Services.

I’ve had a number of people reach out asking for in-person options, and I want to honor that need. I also know that virtual therapy, especially when tied to insurance, doesn’t work for everyone. And I believe quality care should be accessible in ways that actually meet people where they are.

With that in mind, I’m offering:

Trauma Recovery and Empowerment for Women (TREW)

This is an 8-week, in-person group focused on understanding how trauma has impacted you… your patterns, your relationships, your sense of self… and beginning to shift that in a real, grounded way.

We’ll focus on both:
• getting to the root of what’s there
• and building practical tools for emotional regulation, communication, and self-worth

This is a supportive, semi-structured space. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to show up.

Start date will be determined based on enrollment.
The group will begin once we have 8–10 women committed.

Cost is $20 per session for the full 8 weeks.

Many of you have asked if I accept insurance. I’ve wrestled with this decision, as insurance often comes with limitations that affect both clients and providers. At the same time, I understand how important access to quality care can be for those who rely on insurance.

I am happy to share that I am now accepting insurance for virtual sessions through SonderMind. Availability is limited due to scheduling, so if you’re interested, please reach out soon! You can find more details through the link below.

In-person sessions remain self-pay, though I do accept HSA/FSA payments and offer a sliding scale based on income, which can be even more affordable than insurance for some individuals.
