It is because of Kaylee’s leadership, dedication, and commitment to developing others that I truly believe we have one of the best-trained teams in chiropractic.

🎬 Everyone wants to know the secret to growing a practice overnight…

The truth?

There isn’t one. Every clinic has its own challenges and we are always looking for the one thing that will make the largest impact. These simple things have doubled patient volume over night and it is always a surprise just how many clinics don’t do these.

But there are small changes that, when implemented consistently, can completely transform a practice.

These are some of the first things we focus on whenever we acquire a clinic and bring it into the Palmercare family.

📞 Following up with inactive patients.
👥 Hiring to increase capacity.
💰 Tightening billing and collections.
🤝 Creating a culture of referrals.

None of these are flashy.

All of them work.

It’s all about perspective.

When you’re just starting out, helping your first 100 patients feels impossible.

Then you reach 1,000.

Then 10,000.

And one day you look back and realize…

Every doctor you admire started with patient #1.

We all found chiropractic through different paths. Some because we were injured. Some because we wanted to help people. Some because we fell in love with the profession.

But when you get down to brass tacks, we’re all here for one reason:

To help people.

The amazing thing about purpose is that it spreads.

One patient tells their spouse.

A parent brings their child.

A friend refers a coworker.

One life changed becomes two.

Two becomes ten.

Ten becomes thousands.

Not because you’re chasing numbers…

But because you’re relentlessly pursuing your purpose.

That’s the perspective we challenge our doctors to embrace every year at our Palmercare Cabin Experience.

We spend time reflecting on why we do what we do, setting goals that stretch us, and asking one simple question:

“How many more lives can I impact next year?”

The goal isn’t to chase 100…

1,000…

or even 10,000.

The goal is to become the kind of doctor whose purpose grows so big that those numbers become the natural result of serving others well.

Keep showing up.

What an amazing day at our Chantilly Community Block Party! 🎉 Major props to its organizer Dr Megan and the whole crew at Palmercare!

We loved bringing families, local vendors, and our community together for a day of fun with the moon bounce, gymnastics demos, martial arts demos, great local businesses, and so many smiling faces.

At Palmercare, one of our core values is being an active part of the community and spreading health wherever we can. Dr Megan and the team really showed this today!

Events like this are about more than just having fun, they’re about building relationships, supporting local families, and helping our community live healthier, stronger lives.

Thank you to everyone who came out, supported the vendors, and made the day such a success! Special thanks to all the hard work from Palmercare Chantilly!

One of the greatest privileges of what we do isn’t just helping patients transform their lives. It’s getting a front-row seat to the incredible milestones of our team members’ lives too.

This weekend, our team showed up to celebrate one of our own as they started a new chapter in marriage. Seeing so many Palmercare team members together outside the office reminds us that the relationships we build here go far beyond work.

When someone joins Palmercare, they’re not just joining a company. They’re joining a community that celebrates victories, supports challenges, and stands beside each other through every season of life.
