How many times have you found yourself juggling life, trying to handle everything and still thinking you were “doing it well”?
You run from one place to another, take on a thousand roles and feel that, in the end, no one sees your effort. And the worst part… deep down, you feel bad for not being able to be perfect at everything. 😞
Have you been productive? Or have you been a hostage to the weight you carry?
After all, by trying so hard to embrace the world, you end up doing everything “so-so”, you feel irritated, with low self-esteem and, even so, you can’t handle it all.
What has this done to your emotions? 😩
The constant frustration. The feeling of not being enough. The stress that doesn’t go away. And that tiredness that no one sees, but you carry all the time.
