I had so much fun doing another nutrition segment on about healthy grocery swaps for better blood sugar⁣⁣

⁣And I even got to do a shout-out to my sweet grandma on her 99th birthday⁣ 💕⁣
⁣⁣⁣
⁣Since it's live TV, there's things I didn't get a chance to get to, so some of my favorite grocery finds that I had on the table were: ⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
⁣Protein options:⁣⁣
⁣-daisy cottage cheese⁣⁣
⁣-siggi's yogurt
⁣-chomps jerky sticks⁣⁣
⁣-rawr bars⁣⁣
⁣-aidells and and amylu chicken sausages ⁣
⁣-wildplanet wild-caught tuna and salmon⁣⁣
⁣-biena edamame ⁣⁣
⁣-h**p seeds (I love to add to yogurt, toast or salads to bump up protein⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
⁣Carb swaps:⁣⁣
⁣-ezekiel bread⁣⁣
⁣-goodles pasta⁣⁣
⁣-red lentil pasta from
⁣-wasa crackers⁣⁣
⁣-seven sundays granola ⁣⁣
⁣-salad girl dressings for summer salads and marinades⁣⁣
⁣-frozen veggies to have on hand for a veggie dish in a hurry. I love adding cauliflower rice to smoothies, rice, and sauces⁣⁣

Try simple swaps like using plain Greek yogurt for sour cream, adding h**p seeds to your hummus or nut butters, using bone broth instead of water for cooking, adding collagen to your morning coffee, and mixing cottage cheese into your morning eggs
