I am crazy about drinking water, especially in the Summer! In fact, my toddler plays with my water bottles and drinks, mimicking her mom.

Here's the research-
"Not only is regular fluid intake (particularly plain water) one of the easiest, cheapest
health interventions ever; it may also be
one of the keys to optimizing health and
well-being over the long term (Lang et al.
2017; Perrier 2017; Perrier et al. 2014). Good
hydration habits appear to have an outsized
positive impact on renal, cardiovascular
and endocrine health and may even play
an important role in addressing obesity
(Chang et al. 2016; Perrier et al. 2014).

Obesity has now been defined as being 30lbs overweight,
or having a BMI of 30 or above.

I’d say I eat healthy 95% of the time except maybe when pregnant, more like 90% of the time. However, the majority of the time counts!

Being fit is equally as much about your nutrition as it is about your exercise routine. You cant be fit on a bad diet nor can you be fit on just diet and no exercise. What you eat directly affects the quality of your exercise! Think of food as fuel. If you don’t have adequate vitamins and minerals, your body/ muscles like your heart wont function optimally, and exercise can become so dreadful.

Supplying your body with nutrients before you work out, after you work out and in the recovery period between workouts can impact the quality of your session and affect your fitness goals. In some cases, fueling up during an exercise session can improve your results as well.

In our tech driven society, we need to be reminded that no screens ( including tv) at least 1 hr before bed for better sleep.
