Back pain isn’t something you should just “live with.”
At our most recent workshop, Dr. Mike Aquino, PT, taught our community about the real causes of lower back pain and common movement mistakes. He demonstrated practical strategies to reduce discomfort, improve mobility, and build a stronger, more resilient body.
From understanding how the spine functions to learning exercises that support long-term relief, attendees walked away with actionable tools they can use immediately.
But the conversation doesn’t end here — our next workshop will continue building on these concepts. With Mastering the Deadlift with Jin, we’ll be taking a deeper look at how strengthening the glutes, lower body, and posterior chain can help reduce pain, improve function, and keep you moving well for the long term.
