Best time first, then sequence.
Timing for your audience on Facebook. Your followers are women in chronic pain, mothers, people over 40, spiritual seekers. They check Facebook in different windows than the general "best time" charts suggest. For this audience, the strongest windows are early morning (7 to 9 AM) when people scroll before the day starts, and mid-evening (7 to 9 PM) when kids are down and the day is winding down. Weekday lunch (around 12 to 1 PM) is decent but weaker than those two.
If you're posting once a week, post Wednesday morning around 8 to 9 AM Eastern, or Wednesday evening around 7 to 8 PM Eastern. Morning slightly edges it out for emotional, read-slowly content like this, because people have more patience early. Evening gets more engagement (comments, shares) but also more competition.
Since you already post your Instagram carousel Wednesday at noon, I'd stagger Facebook to a different time so you're not splitting your own attention across two platforms in the same hour. Wednesday 8 AM Facebook, then noon Instagram works well. Or move Facebook to a different day entirely (Sunday evening is strong for reflective health content, people plan their week and are in a more introspective frame of mind).
