Calling all Young Adults! Our Young adult camp for health, fitness, technology habit change, and more is focused on health, wellness, healthy habits, and feeling great! Our camp program for young men and women, ages 18-21, takes place in a structured environment where they learn how to live happier and healthier, while also allowing this age group choices when it comes to their daily schedule/fitness selection.

While many campers come to Camp Pocono Trails to lose weight, others come to build strength, get fit, and/or work on self-esteem issues. Additionally, with our Technology Track, some young adults come to Camp Pocono Trails to learn how to live with the distractions of smartphones, computers, and endless hours of screen activity. Moms- Ready to get into the best shape of your life? Come experience Camp Pocono Trails Moms Camp! Our moms get healthy using the same food program as our campers. They attend all kinds of activities including nutrition classes, self-esteem class, personal training sessions, Zumba, water aerobics, boot camp, tennis, internet habit reversal overview, and all the other great activities that we offer our campers. One of the big advantages of this program is that moms are taught firsthand how to prepare for their children when they come home from camp. Moms are housed in cabins separate from the campers.
