Beth White Mountain is the owner of Morning Sun Wellness, LLC, located in The Red Thread Center in Stuart, Florida. Beth has been studying and practicing Holistic Health for over 25 years.

•She graduated from the Alpha School of Massage of the Treasure Coast in Port St. Lucie, Fl in 1996.

•Beth studied herbalism under Michael and Leslie Tierra and is a graduate of the East West School of Herbol

ogy. She is trained to look at the patterns of dis-ease the person is presenting and identify the root causes behind underlying conditions. The energetics of the person’s constitution & imbalances are considered and personalized herbal formulas are implemented. Herbs from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Ayurveda (from India) and/or Western Herbalism are applied. Beth also makes custom formulas by hand. In an herbal consultation, lifestyle and diet recommendations are also recommended. Her training at East West school also included bodywork therapies such as Cupping, Gua Sha and Auricular Therapy (Ear Seeding) of which she also offers to her clients.

•Studied and mentored with herbalist, Matthew Alfs, author, teacher, and owner of The Midwest School of Herbal studies located in Minnesota.

•Studied with Linda Black Elk, ethnobotanist, at Sitting Bull College on the Standing Rock Sioux Indian Reservation in North Dakota.

•Certified in Ayurvedic bodywork and lifestyle practices through Dr. Shivani Sood of the Shivani Ayurvedic Clinic in Dharmsala, India where she was trained in Abhyanga massage using Doshic (constitutional) specific oils, Marma (Vital Points) Therapy, and Pranic Healing energy work, as well as Ayurvedic diet, herbalism and cleansing.

•Completed the 6 levels of Nuad Bo, Tradition Massage of Thailand and Reflexology at the ITM school in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

•Studied Traditional Hawaiian Lomilomi massage on the Big Island of Hawaii under renown healer, Harry Uhane Jim, learning the physical, philosophical and spiritual aspects of Lomilomi.

•Sivananda Vedanta Ashram in the Bahamas, becoming a certified Yoga instructor.

•Volunteered for Wild Roots People’s Clinic, a sliding-scale virtual herb clinic based out of Omaha, Nebraska, and has been a volunteer community herb teacher through Herbalists Without Borders in South Dakota. In addition, Beth has been offering free monthly herb talks in Stuart, Florida at Hani Honey Company since 2022. Morning Sun Wellness LLC is the culmination of Beth’s variety of healing gifts and modalities. She is available by appointment.

Every Tuesday, I do home visit massages at Assisted Living Homes. I bring my massage music, essential oils, and lotions. I do the massage right in the wheelchair to make it easier for people with limited mobility. Some clients wear shorts and tank tops so I can use more lotions, other stay dressed as usual and I massage over the clothes only using lotion on the neck and hands & arms. My clients get an hour massage and includes neck, head, shoulders, back, arm, hands, legs and feet. Her experience led her to pursue advanced training with the Upledger Institute and educator John Joseph Ray and ultimately incorporate the modality into her practice.
