A Heartfelt Embodiment of Light Update

Hello, friends,
This update is a little overdue, summer has gone by so quickly! ❤️

I want to officially share an update with our Embodiment of Light community.

Thank you for the love, openness, and presence you’ve brought to this series. It has been such a beautiful experience to create and share these gatherings with you.

After some reflection, Cheryl has decided to step away from our Embodiment of Light gatherings to focus on her own offerings. I deeply respect her decision and am grateful for the space we created together.

As I’ve reflected on what comes next, I’ve realized I want to create from inspiration and alignment. So, I’m giving myself permission to pause and allow what comes next to unfold naturally.

For this season, I’m feeling especially grateful for the work that is already here, the one-on-one sessions and Reiki trainings where I get to witness those I work with grow, heal, and spread their wings.

For now, this is where I’ll be placing my energy.

✨ My next Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Level I & II training is August 27th & 28th.

Reiki isn’t only for those who feel called to become practitioners. It’s a beautiful practice to bring into your own life, supporting relaxation, balance, self-awareness, emotional well-being, energetic boundaries, intuition, and a deeper connection with yourself.

I’m so grateful to walk alongside you on your journey. 🤍

Usui–Holy Fire® III Reiki I & II Training
A gentle practice for real life

Reiki is a supportive, practical healing practice that can be naturally woven into everyday life, helping to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, support emotional & physical balance, and bring more clarity and ease into daily moments.

This 2-day immersive training is a course, not a workshop. Students receive Usui–Holy Fire® III Reiki I & II placements (attunements) and a certificate of completion, allowing them to practice Reiki on themselves and others with confidence.

From my own experience and from teaching Reiki, I’ve seen how this training supports:
• Greater calm and emotional balance in daily life
• Confidence in stepping into your intuitive and energetic gifts
• Trust in your ability to offer Reiki to others with clarity and integrity
