Blessed Sunday, friends! We are so close to closing chapter 8 of 2026 and entering chapter 9. What are your biggest takeaways from this month? What are you leaving behind? What are you taking with you into the next chapter?

My biggest takeaways from August (aka chapter 8):
- Be your own best friend first and foremost
- Say yes and no honestly, not from stress
- Get back to habits/routines that work for you
- Let go of what is out of your control, truly, let it go
