Sweet Earth Shea Butter soap is back on the curing racks. This bar has a blend of French lavender essential oil and a kiss of dark patchouli essential oil. Even proclaimed patchouli haters love this bar because unlike the old hippie stink your mom/grandma wore, this rich, dark East Indian patchouli is highly desired - it sits in the back ground and amplifies the lavender rather than competes with it.

💪🏻 Researchers in women’s health suggest that women need 0.7 to 1.2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight per day, based on age. My goal is to get 100 grams of protein a day, which is not easy because I don’t eat much meat, basically only poultry and occasionally fish.

So I’ve added this protein shake on days I’m lacking. It’s delish, 50 grams of protein, and 545 calories. Calories could be cut by using almond milk instead of cows milk and omitting the flax seed. Also, I do not consume stevia or any of the artificial sweeteners and this is the only protein powder I’ve found without it that tastes really, really good.
Recipe:
1 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
2 Tbsp peanut butter powder
2Tbsp vital protein collagen peptides
2 Tbsp ground flax seed
2 scoops Orgain protein powder, chocolate is my favorite
Crushed ice
