3 rotations to add to your routine:
✔️ Thoracic rotation (mid-back mobility = better posture)

We all know the feeling when we are eating “healthy” but still feel snacky, tired, or craving something sweet right after… it’s usually not a motivation problem; it’s a meal composition problem. Many clients we coach in Short Hills, Summit, and Chatham, NJ are unintentionally building meals that digest too fast (carb-heavy, low protein, low fiber, low fats). Whats the FIX?
The fix is simple: balance the plate. Next time you eat, aim for:

Ankle stability is one of the most underrated pieces of training.

Because weak or unstable ankles don’t just affect your ankles, they affect your knees, hips, and even your lower back.

If your ankles don’t stabilize well, your body compensates:
• balance feels shaky
• squats feel off
