A 28-year-old man has been arrested and is suspected of more than 15 package thefts from front porches in Mesa and Gilbert, police said.

More than $2,800 worth of merchandise was taken in the thefts, and police said some of the items were kept for personal use, while others were sold online. Link in first comment.
