What can sound actually do?

At Sound and Stone Alchemy, I use crystal and metal bowls, gongs, chimes, rhythm, resonance, and silence to create immersive sound experiences that invite rest, attention, and deep listening.

People experience sound differently. Some feel deeply relaxed. Some notice physical sensations, emotions, imagery, or quieter thoughts. Others simply enjoy the sound.

No yoga flexibility required. No meditation experience necessary. No need to know how to quiet your mind, set an intention, understand chakras, or put your foot anywhere near your head, unless you want to of course!

And no getting down on the floor required. Sessions are set up with comfortable zero-gravity chairs that accommodate bodies up to 500 lbs.

There is no particular state you need to reach and no belief system required.

I’ve been a little quiet lately! The holidays were full, and I’ve been spending time learning and refining new sound healing techniques. 🌿🎶

Warmer weather is on its way ☀️🌱 and with it comes more opportunities to slow down, reset, and come back to yourself. As the season shifts, I’ll be offering individual sessions, small private groups, and open group sound healing ✨
