Breakfast of champions. Gluten free sourdough bread with homegrown organic tomatoes and a free range egg… don’t forget to top it off with fresh thyme and oregano. Herbs can be used in so many ways but cooking with them is definitely one of my favorites.

Four Thieves Vinegar Spray
An old story has been told of 4 thieves who robbed the homes and graves of families who were sick had been killed by the plague. It was a mystery as to how these thieves could continue their crime spree while everyone was dying. They were finally caught and in exchange for their freedom they told their secret. They had been steeping a special blend of herbs in vinegar, then soaking rags in the vinegar to cover their faces and then to wash their bodies with after their nefarious acts. To this day we don’t know if it’s true but what we do know is many herbs DO have strong disinfecting and antimicrobial properties.

Friday was such a special day. Angelic and I were invited to Stone Bay for her to lead somatic yoga and for me to offer my tea. It felt completely full circle. A place I once dreaded going to after the accident because it brought so much pain with it, to then confidently walk in there today. After years of yoga, therapy, and other healing modalities and share my love and passion with some of the people I think would benefit most from it… all while being with my soul sister. Who I’ve traveled the world with. Who was my yoga instructor. Who has grown with me and beside me for years. To work together and be beside one another again felt so right. And then to have some heavy conversations with some important people… being able to talk about my experience and about Billy. 🙏🏼🤍 It was extremely powerful. Today was a good day!
