Being a new mom, working at the hospital, running my own business, and trying to keep up with everyday life—it can be a lot. And lately, I’ve realized I don’t always have to keep up.

This season of life is so special, and I don’t want to rush through it trying to do everything at once. Sometimes slowing down doesn’t mean you’re falling behind—it just means you’re choosing to be present. 🫶🏼

Come with me on my microneedling journey! 💉 Results and redness vary per person and treatment aggression. Being my first treatment and no deep scars I went very light to encourage product absorption.

You can see where I focused heavily around scars using the stamping method hence the peeling especially between my eyebrows. 😊
