May is Mental Health Awareness Month! 💚

We’re super excited so here's some gentle reminders on the first day of May:

You don't have to have it all together to be worthy of support. Healing is not a linear process. Some days feel lighter, some feel heavy, but both are valid.

Taking care of your mental health can look like setting boundaries, asking for help, resting without feeling guilty, or simply making it through the day.

You are allowed to (and quite frankly you SHOULD):

🌸 Feel your feelings!
🌷Take up space!
🌼 Say no!
🌺Start over as many times as you need!

If you've been thinking about reaching out for support, let this be your sign. You deserve a space where you can be seen, heard, and understood and we’d be honored to help you through your mental health journey 🫶
