Well… fall sickness season apparently decided not to wait for fall. 🤧

Over the last few weeks, you have been wiping out our wellness shelves earlier than we normally see this time of year.

With all the exciting changes, I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself to anyone who may be new here.
My name is Crystal Czarneski, and I hold an associate degree in Therapeutic Massage from Ivy Tech. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in both Indiana and Florida.

For 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients of all ages, from pediatric clients and student athletes to adults and seniors. I specialize in personalized therapeutic massage, tailoring each session to meet your individual needs. My goal is to help relieve pain, improve mobility, reduce tension, and help you feel your best.

I have advanced training in pregnancy and geriatric massage and incorporate a variety of techniques and tools when appropriate, including myofascial release, CranioSacral Therapy, cupping, IASTM/scraping, kinesiology taping, Synergy Stones, therapeutic ultrasound, and TENS.

I truly love what I do and feel incredibly fortunate to have built lasting relationships with so many wonderful clients over the years. As I begin this exciting new chapter inside Gloss House in North Webster, I look forward to continuing to care for familiar faces while welcoming new clients into a calming, comfortable space created with healing in mind.
