Pizza Friday! Growing up, my mom made pizza on Friday nights and it’s been one of my favorite food traditions I’ve carried on in her memory. Tonight’s pizza was CBR- chicken, bacon & ranch. Serious question: who would be interested in taking a GF pizza class from me?

My son helped make GF gnocchi the other night and it was amazing! He even wanted to roll out his own dough. It was all fun and games until he tried eating it though 😂 I wanted to share some candid pictures my husband took. This is what life looks like as a mom of a two year old and two month old and I wouldn’t have it any other way 🫶🏻 I hope you’ll follow our journey, try some new recipes along the way and learn that eating gluten free doesn’t mean sacrificing quality or flavor. My aunt and I had an incredible time at Confection Connection taking their gnocchi making class. After learning how to make ricotta gnocchi, we all had dinner together. The meal included garlic bread, caprese salad, and crème brûlée. We also made three different sauces: brown butter, sage & garlic, Alfredo and vodka. I can’t wait for the next class! Stay tuned for some collabs as well 🤩

Have no fear - my food content isn’t going away. I’ll be revamping the blog to incorporate the consulting business, but my heart will always be in the kitchen. Life’s been a bit busy having a newborn and toddler so I’ve mostly been trying out recipes I find on IG. The most recent one was this Mango chicken bowl inspired by hannah kling I added tomato and avocado to the salsa! Forgot to add the onion, but honestly was super flavorful without it. Absolutely delicious and refreshing. The salsa was so good with chips too! 🥭

Hi, friends! I wanted to take a minute and re-introduce myself. I’m Carmella, a wife, mom of 2 precious boys, and gluten free enthusiast. I’ve lived with celiacs for 6+ years and struggled for a long time prior to my diagnosis. With a decade of hospitality experience and two degrees, I’ve decided to turn my passion into teaching and helping others into a consulting business.

I am located in Binghamton, NY, but can easily work with you no matter where you live! Consulting services are available for businesses (restaurants, doctors offices, grocery stores, etc) and individuals (new to the GF life, need some additional support, etc).
