"Younique" was launched in the US in 2012 by brother and sister team, (Derek Maxfield and Melanie Huscroft) with a mission to uplift, empower and validate women through the 🌏 world. They came up with a business model that would fund a non-profit foundation to support victims of sexual violence. This is a subject close to their heart 💖. At this stage, they did not really know what they would sell. They just knew that to reach as many people as possible, the business model had to use the internet - it's faster to spread the word through social media and Facebook 📲!
