Today's herbal sip + sampling gathering with was such a grounding experience. We explored breathwork, nervous system regulation, and the gentle wisdom of nervine herbs while sipping a yummy herbal lemonade it was absolutely delicious and trying a tincture that felt like a hug that released my whole body tension.
We learned about the magic of Milky Oats, Valerian Root, Passionflower, Hibiscus Flower, and how these plant allies support rest, regulation, softness, and restoration. I also received her dreamy sleepy tea blend
I pulled the 🌎Gaia card, which felt so aligned a reminder to root deeper into the Earth, nourishment, and connection.
Alyssa pulled 🔴 Root Chakra for the gathering, bringing in themes of grounding, safety, community, and coming home to the body.
