June is here, and so is summer! This month is all about celebrating the people we love - especially the dads, father figures, and male mentors in our lives - and about stepping into the energy, vitality, and aliveness that summer brings.
A Little Love for the Men in Our Lives
Let's talk about the guys for a minute. Father's Day is coming up on June 16th, and honestly? A lot of men don't prioritize wellness and self-care the way they should. There's still this idea that taking care of yourself is somehow "not manly" - which is total nonsense.
Men get stressed. Men hold tension in their bodies. Men need to relax, recharge, and take care of their mental health too - wellness isn't gendered. It's human.

Summer Energy: Time to Come Alive
Summer isn't just about the temperature getting hotter - it's about energy, vitality, and aliveness. After the grounding, introspective spring, summer wants us to move, to play, to express, to shine.
This is the season for:
~ Movement - Dancing, hiking, flowing through yoga, just moving your body in ways that feel good
~ Creativity - Letting your artistic side loose, making things, expressing yourself
~ Connection - Being outside (or inside when temps get over 100), gathering with people, building community

Dreamcatcher Workshop with Taahaabaah - Saturday, June 20th
Create your own beautiful dreamcatcher while weaving together indigenous teachings, creativity, and mindfulness. A meaningful way to make something sacred while honoring traditions and connecting with intention.
