Lokasangraha, unity consciousness, and A Course in Miracles all point to the same truth: we heal ourselves to serve the whole. In the Bhagavad Gita, lokasangraha is “the welfare of all” through right action. In unity consciousness, there is no “other” to compete with, only one field we belong to. And A Course in Miracles teaches that a miracle is a shift from fear to love, and that forgiveness restores our shared mind to peace.
When I choose love over judgment, I’m not just tending to my own nervous system. I’m tending to the collective. When I forgive, I loosen a knot in the web we all share. When I act with integrity, I contribute to lokasangraha by stabilizing more love on the planet.
Today I practice:
I remember there is one mind and I am part of it.
I offer my fears to a loving presence and ask to be shown a kinder perception.
I let my actions serve the whole, not just my preferences.
This is how personal healing becomes public service: one gentle shift at a time, from me to we, from separation to unity, from fear to love. And so it is.
What’s one small shift from fear to love you’re practicing today? I’ll go first-choosing curiosity over judgment when someone cuts me off in traffic 😅
