Let's talk self care!!

Now that the stress of the holidays is over, it is a great time to focus on yourself and your own mental and physical wellbeing. One way we love to practice self care is walking. 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️🚶🏿

Walking has many benefits including:

✅ reduces stress

✅ improves mood

✅ is a great way to raise your heart rate

✅ is an easy and low impact exercise

Plus it is free and easily accessible anywhere!
