Day 19 of my 100 day !
My belt is key to slimming my abdomen area.

The sweat binder is a key part of my waist-sculpting routine!

When I wear it during my workouts, it helps create a warm, sweaty environment around my abdomen, helping me feel more supported and “snatched” while I move. 💪🏼✨

Not following a specific diet. Not chasing perfection. ❤️

I’m simply incorporating a daily workout into my life to feel better, minimize stress, and support my body through the positive hormones and benefits movement can bring.

Some days my workouts may not look perfect—and I’m well aware of that. My age and my health challenges can make things more difficult. But I’ve learned that showing up and keeping moving is what matters most.

This journey isn’t about being perfect. It’s about doing what I can, when I can, and continuing to move forward. 💪🏼✨

Makes approximately 8-10 donuts
Ingredients
* 2-3 very ripe bananas, about 1 cup mashed
* 2 large eggs
* ½ cup pure maple syrup
* ½ tbsp vanilla extract
* ⅓ cup avocado oil
* ¼ cup unsweetened cacao powder
* 1½ cups gluten-free rolled oats
* 1 tsp baking soda
* ¼ tsp salt
* ¼ cup chocolate chips
For topping
* Chocolate chips
* Chopped pecans
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a donut pan.
2. biend the batter. Add the bananas, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, avocado oil, cacao powder, oats, baking soda, and salt to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
3. Add the chocolate. Stir in the ¼ cup chocolate chips by hand after blending.
4. Fill the donut molds about ¾ full. Sprinkle a few chocolate chips and chopped pecans over each donut.
5. Bake at 350°F for about 13-15 minutes, or until the donuts spring back when gently touched. Avoid overbaking so the centers stay moist.
6. Cool in the pan for about 5-10 minutes before carefully removing.
Why I like this combination
They're naturally gluten-free when using certified GF oats, have no refined flour, and the bananas provide natural sweetness and moisture. Pecans add healthy fats and a little crunch.
Little tip: I'd use 2 large bananas or 3 smaller bananas. Too much banana can make an oat-based donut gummy in the center.

Day 15 of 100

Movement is medicine for me. 💪✨ When I work out, my body releases feel-good chemicals and hormones like endorphins, serotonin, dopamine, and growth hormone that support my mood, energy, and pain response.

For me, staying active also helps me manage and reduce my endometriosis flare-ups. Some days are harder than others, but I keep moving when my body allows. ❤️🌿
