In stressful times, this oil can be helpful not only for adults but for our littles as well. Have test anxiety? You might consider using this. If using for your littles, depending on their age, you may want to consider diluting a little further. Such a great video.

Audrey Hepburn was more than just beautiful. She was kind, empathetic, and brilliant.

We are in a season of love, kindness, and charity for many. But we are also in a season of sadness, darkness, and despair for others.

So please keep these words as a reminder to be kind even when you're feeling less than. Gentle even when you're feeling rough. Listen even when feeling unheard. Empathetic even when feeling unseen.

A simple act of kindness, gentleness, empathy can be the change another is needing to experience.

I hope each of you have a blessed Thanksgiving, and I thank you for allowing me to feel seen and heard.

I've been sharing in my stories how I've started a 21 day collagen challenge...working on my skin, hair, nails, bones, etc. I'm on day 3 if you're at all curious.😉 But since I'm on this train I might as well give myself all the advantages I can, right? 😁

So what are some causes?

• Increased stress - emotional stress along with physical stress (surgery, illness, extreme weight loss) can both be factors
• Avoid tight hair styles- can cause damage to follicles due to the pulling
• Hormonal imbalance - speak with your physician for possible testing
• Vitamin deficiency - again, speak with your physician
• Age & Genes - yep, these always play into much of what we experience

Women, not only men, may notice thinning hair as they age. According to an article published in NCBI, 25% of women experience hair loss by the age of 49. This is due to decrease in esteogen and progesterone. Minoxidil has been a treatment for hair loss for both men and women.

There are studies indicating that some essential oils have been found to assist in stimulating hair growth as well as minoxidil?

It's true.

There are studies on the efficacy of essential oils in stimulating hair growth and increased thickness. The oils I've found in these studies include the oils I use in my little magic spray. And rosemary has shown to be as effective as minoxidil. 💓

Hair Potion:
