Interview update: CO!: Well you won! NB: I have finally wrapped my mind around it! I have completed many amazing achievements in my life, but they’ve been mostly solo, so to be picked out of this amazing group of people is very special. CO!: How much do you think being an accomplice rock climber played into being selected out of a group of 10,000 people? NB: My rock climbing skills played a huge role. From problem-solving to strength conditioning as well as rope rigging. The physical attributes and body awareness from climbing helped me through all of the physical challenges, both strength and endurance. My climbing skills opened the door to creative solutions. And the skills of teamwork and compassion learned in the mountains were instrumental and keeping my group working together. CO!: What’s the next step? NB: We will be going to southern Africa for 3 to 4 weeks. The overall mission has not been released to us. But we will be working with tusk.org to drive impactful conservation efforts. CO!: How has this win changed you? NB: to see myself coming out on top of such a special amazing group of people. I’m not sure how it happened. But I know my background from climbing helps so much. CO!: How to climb on player role in your training? NB: I use climb on daily to heal my skin after the gym or climbing and I do use runOn as well for my longer runs. They were both a big part of keeping my skin in the game when it was time to go hard. CO!: Can you visualize how this experience may affect the direction of your life? NB: I hope I can use this to launch into having my patron play more of a role in my future career path. Whether that’s in helping to train people for this type of competition or moving into a career in the outdoor industry. CO!: Well done you rock!

…I think she stepped on a bee, there was a sore on her pad. She was limping and licking it a ton. I remembered your Climb On! Dog Pad Balm and rubbed some on. Within the hour the limping stopped and she wasn’t licking anymore! And the sore looks so much better after applying it again this afternoon. I’m a believer and it smells SO good. Since Mother’s Day is coming up, I wanted to make this post as well as I just got a mammogram. My first one bkz I don’t know that radiating my breasts is the most beneficial process I could opt into. I usually use thermography. Fortunately, I’m healthy and have no issues. But there are a few things I wanna say about these products that I was given at the mammogram location to use before and after my procedure. The first thing I wanna say is that since World War II breast cancer has increased in direct correlation to the number of toxic chemicals that were unleashed on us. Not only in skin care, cosmetics, home products, but also in food. I personally don’t use any chemicals on or in my skin. I’m sure that I must eat some residuals of glycosate that get on all the organic food that I eat I hope not. And for this, I’ve been persecuted not only by many in my family, but by my community as well. There are some labels that are commonly used such as hippie, tree. hugger, woo woo, crazy… After more than 30 years of dedicated daily research of nutrition, skincare, ingredients, wellness, healing emotional, and otherwise, I call myself educated, informed, an expert, and I deeply care about the human experience and educating others that want to listen. Let’s take a look at these ingredients. They are found in many if not all mainstream skin care and cosmetics and home cleaning supplies. The first and main red flag is the word fragrance. This could mean that there’s up to 200 synthetic chemicals that have a toxicity rating of 8 out of 10 on the ewg.org Skin Deep scale. Propylene glycol, alcohol, polyethylene, these products are pe*******on enhancers so they disrupt your skin’s natural barrier mechanism and push all the ingredients of the product into your skin. Since you’re putting them on your breast and under your arm where there are many lymph and other glands these ingredients are being absorbed unnaturally. My simple question is this what you want to be absorbed into your body? These are the same types of chemicals that were unleashed on us after World War II. I would argue, cause the very diseases that none of us want. I’m just sayin’.
