This BEAUTIFUL collection of mostly 18k gold by Italian designers came in like a dream. I just love fine craftsmanship and the photos don’t do them justice.

This was an absolute blast valuing for a special client.

The vintage coral was stunning. Stuff like that is not available today so when we see the vintage and antique piece’s they are a treat.

What’s in your jewelry box?

This client came in with a few generations of jewelry for us to look through. We have the best time talking with them, hearing the stories about the people who owned them. This one in particular had me stopped in my tracks: Check out the earrings from the Folsom County Prison! Who knew?! Exit through the gift shop??🤷‍♀️😆👮🚓

Please take your jewelry off before getting into pools and hot tubs. The chlorine is corrosive to the alloys in your gold jewelry. It’s not ‘cleaning’ them. It’s slowly eating away at it.

Another busy week - another cautionary tale. This week a client came in with a pair a large ‘diamond’ stud earrings they purchased through a well know online platform. They came in to confirm their purchase and we identified the stones as simulated, not natural or even lab grown diamonds.

There’s nothing wrong with having a good look a like, most diamond simulates are very pretty! But being sold one thing and delivering another is a major problem with online shopping.

This client will use our documents to return the earrings for a refund. Not everyone is that lucky.

Give us a call before you buy online. We can give you options that will save you time, money and you’ll end up with a great piece of jewelry you’ll love.

We have knowledge you can trust.
