If you’ve been hanging around here for a while, you know that we love what we do—barre fitness, classical pilates, changing lives, and supporting you. We aim for deep care and connection on an individual level as much as we can, humor where appropriate (and sometimes inappropriate 😆), and genuineness. What you see is what you get—two tired mamas trying our best to better ourselves so that we can be better for our kids, all the while giving you a soft place to land to work out (and within ✨). I love this picture—we were 24 hours delayed getting to London and it looks it. 🇬🇧 😆 But we’re still smiling. Life throws us curveballs sometimes, doesn’t it? We can’t control them, but we can still show up for ourselves, give ourselves grace, and try again tomorrow. Rinse and repeat. If you’re new here, welcome. 💓✨ xx Brooke & Betsy
