It is possible to survive perimenopause and feel GOOD!
This was a hard, intentional road.

And honestly… most people don’t realize what a compounding pharmacy actually does.

A compounded medication usually is NOT sitting on a shelf somewhere already made.
A compounding pharmacy starts with the raw ingredients themselves… many times in powder form.

Then a specially trained compounding pharmacist or technician:
measures each ingredient precisely,
calculates the exact strength ordered,
and incorporates it into the final dosage form your provider prescribed.

That might be:
