2016 ME:
Showing up to event as a baby coach knowing next to nothing. I just wanted to attend a photo shoot with my favorite super trainer Shaun T.
I was terrified and pushing through fear masking with fake confidence. I left this event filled with excitement of the unknown.

2022 ME:
A women who knows what’s possible because this company has quite literally changed my entire life. No longer caring about other peoples doubts because I’ve proven that this WORKS.

This weekend has brought me back into my joy and helped me reconnect to my purpose, if baby coach Lauren could see me now… ❤️

Im 100% a quality time kinda women.
It’s been 2 years without an in person event for my business, and that’s been by far the hardest thing I’ve ever dealt with in my business.

Not building from scratch, not dealing with the struggles of social media, not the daily struggle of marketing, sales, team building, leadership, consistency.

Live events have always been the next goal, the thing I’m working towards.. The thing that fills my cup to keep me going.

I wasn’t even sure I was going to come this year because I was so out of sorts, I felt like a fraud driving to St. Louis…

But now I’m here, and it’s exactly what I needed.
I’m surrounded by people who understand me, and supported by a company that has been so supportive to me for the last 8 years.

I’m feeling the joy today ya’ll ❤️

Gosh I’m one lucky lady 🥳

I turn 30 in 3 days and last night my amazing husband threw me the best party I could’ve ever imagined.

I don’t think there is anything I love more than having all the people in my life together in one place, I am so blessed to have a group of friends and family that bent over backwards and lied to me for months to put something so special together

So cheers to 30 I think it’s going to be a blast.

Not gonna lie, it’s been a hot min 👌🏻

I’ve been trying to “start” over and over again in the last 4-6 months and it just wasn’t happening.
So I decided to take the advice that I’ve been giving all of you for years

I went back to basics, got my meal plan, got my workout and now it’s all about follow through.

I’m on the countdown to my 30th birthday and my ass is determined to be healthy AF 👌🏻
