The Empowered Wellness Foundation hosted its second annual Rise and Thrive Back-to-School Community Health Fair Saturday at the Wayman Palmer YMCA.

💙💛 WHAT A DAY, TOLEDO! 💛💙

Yesterday, our 2nd Annual Rise & Thrive Back-to-School Community Health Fair had the privilege of serving families from across our community with FREE health screenings, wellness resources, school supplies, food, and community support.

Rise & Thrive has never been just about giving away backpacks. It is about changing the health of a generation, creating healthier families, removing barriers to care, and making sure people in our community know they are seen, supported, and valued.

None of this would have been possible without the organizations and people who believed in this vision.
