We’re excited to share a clear update about where we are and where we're headed. Please see it as a transparent note from us—no fluff, just real talk:

We’re currently operating under a provisional name, which means it’s our social title for now but it will change on Facebook once we finalize our official branding. We intend to apply for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status with the IRS by the end of this month. The application process (via Form 1023 or Form 1023-EZ) can be lengthy, taking several months! Until the IRS grants approval and sends the determination letter, any contributions cannot yet be confirmed as tax-deductible. Once approved, however, the status is retroactive to the date of filing. We will update accordingly and per request! Why We're Doing It This Way? Operating now on social media gives us some room to start our branding. We can start delivering value and building relationships while completing our formal setup. This “ultra soft launch” lets us refine programming and logistics ahead of a full-scale official launch under our nonprofit's name. Upcoming Special Initiative for October!! In October, we’re hosting an exclusive workshop/getaway—offered as a self-care and healing retreat, specially designed for 6 women who are already engaged in therapy and committed to taking their healing journey deeper. This is a small, meaning-filled experience—an additional treat for those ready to go further in their transformation and personal growth. Your Support & What to Expect:
