Pain is real, is real.. Pain, is real!
I am strong! I can deal for a while, even days and weeks. I don’t take OTC stuff bc it’s not something that I naturally go to with pain. I’m a DEALER! I just deal with it until I’m like, wait, what?! I’m in pain and why aren’t I doing a thing about it? Tonight is one of those nights. Taking my is always what I do. Then if I need a little extra help I’ll go to OTC stuff.
I’m a constant trial of trying to figure what my body needs and desires and what it doesn’t want! 😬

Sometimes we have a hard time falling asleep. What’s really hard is when it’s the kids who can’t fall asleep or 𝕤𝕥𝕒𝕪 𝕒𝕤𝕝𝕖𝕖𝕡. Am I right?
Our little one has struggled the past 2 nights waking up after only being asleep for 2 hours. Coming to our bed and if you have a small child- you know what I mean. It’s not fun.

It’s been quite a while since I introduced myself and I thought I should show my face. The face behind all the posts.
I am the proud owner of this Page and am very excited to help others find joy in Essential Oils and how they work.
Not just any Essential Oils but ☺️
Married almost 15 years to the man of my dreams, who recently literally made all my dreams come true by moving me West and providing my dream home. We don’t live in a huge home, but it’s my dream home and we couldn’t be happier. We have 3 beautiful girls and I’m a proud substitute as well in their school this year so I can still be involved with what they are doing.

Uhm, yeah I didn’t realize how much I was going to F-A-L-L in Love with this oil.
If you really want to be sold on this oil, come on over to my home and take a smell🤪
For real, I opened my front door the other day and thought, oh my goodness. The cool crisp air smells so good. It reminded me of this oil. Started up my diffusers through the house and it smells SO good.
This oil has, cassia, eucalyptus, clove, cedar wood, nutmeg and cinnamon oils as a blend.
It smells heavenly.

You Guys, I’m not sure what I did to my shoulder but I can’t lift it up. Here’s my pain relieving recipe.
Take two deep blue capsules, internally.
Mix 2 drop of seen blue oil and rub and apply where your pain is.
Lay on a nice and hot heating pad. It will feel so good.
