1 year!! 1 amazing year of fun, healing and glitter!!! Joy and Monica invite you to join them for a special celebration September 14th from 11-1 in the Townsite Lobby. I’m so excited to be able to offer a new modern dance class for adults here in Topeka! Topeka’s been missing this. 🌀

Adult Modern Dance launches tomorrow, Tuesday, September 1st, 7:15–8:15 PM, Studio 1108, and it’s FREE all month long (limit 6 students).

Built for adults with previous dance training, whenever that training happened. This is a technique class grounded in Graham, Horton, and Limón vocabulary and includes floor work, fall and recovery, and center-barre. The last 15-20 minutes of each class builds choreography that carries week to week, so you’re working toward something, not just building technique.

Doesn’t matter how long it’s been. Come move and dance with me!
