It is with both gratitude and a touch of sadness that Yakama Nation Public Community Health shares the departure of our Community Cultural Specialist, Chestina Dominguez.

Chestina has been a friendly, fearless leader and a vital connection between our program and the community. Her dedication, warmth, and commitment to serving others have left a lasting impact on all of us. While it is bittersweet to see her go, we are excited for her as she steps into a new role within the community. We wish her nothing but the very best on this next journey.

Access to clean drinking water is a basic need, and something everyone in our community deserves. By keeping bottled water available in our office, we’re supporting community health and creating a small but meaningful way to care for one another, especially our unhoused neighbors.

We currently have 10 kuthla scarves available for trade in exchange for a case of bottled water. If you’re interested in contributing, we’d love to connect and work together to keep this effort going.
