This little lady bug was chillen right next to me throughout the sound bath confirming blessings on the way- I guess he needed some vibrational medicine too!

Most recent spirit wreath for a friend! As I sit in meditation or flow state- colors, words, insight, symbols, crystals, their auric energy field, and many other connections come to me when I ask to connect with their energy. (I always ask permission first) This is the beginning of how these energy healing tools are created. Pure intuition and trusting in what comes up or what elements im being called to even if I dont understand it. Each one comes with a write up of each element, why it was chosen, the healing properties you receive from it and why it is connected to your soul and sometimes some intuitive guidance of what came through.
