"In all Rolfing Work, we are involved in a lengthening process. If there were a law against lengthening a body, Rolfing would be out. Im not kidding, completely. Rolfing involves lengthening. That's the only way you can straighten a body. While we were on four legs, things were relatively fine. It's only when we got up on two legs that things went wrong. When you get up on two legs, you are allowing shortening of the body. If you get a body longer, you're also going to get a body thinner; you can't do one without the other. Watch as people get up and walk after a Rolfing hour, and see that the body is longer. There's no doubt about it in your mind; you can see it. There are so many little places, joints, and ligaments where you get a little increment of length: a little increment of length at the ankle, a bigger increment of length at the hip, and so on."

Some updates have been made to the schedule. I now offer longer sessions. We have the option for 75 minutes of Rolfing Structural Integration, Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage therapy, and Massage Therapy. The ultimate spa day may be for you. I offer Himalayan Hot Stones to promote relaxation and tranquility, or a combination of Rolfing SI and Craniosacral therapy or Lymphatic Drainage after Rolfing SI. The options are endless and tailored to your wants and needs for better health and preventative measures.
My current prices that go up yearly are
95$ for initial(75 minutes)
130$ (hourly rate)
160$ ( 75 minutes)

Hi Travelers Rest and surrounding areas,

If you haven’t heard yet, I’ve recently relocated my practice from Mt. Pleasant, SC to Travelers Rest, SC—formerly known as Rolfing by Sean.

I’d love to share a bit about myself and the modalities I offer.

I’ve been practicing massage therapy since 2018 and have since expanded into Rolfing Structural Integration, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Reiki, and more. My mission is to create a space where you can receive exactly what your body needs—an experience that meets you where you are.

I was born with a weaker optic nerve in my right eye. As a child, I wore an eye patch to help strengthen it. Even today, research suggests that the weaker eye can continue to improve with consistent use. Because of this, I occasionally wear an eye patch during my hands-on work.

By limiting one of my senses—sight—I’m able to deepen my awareness and attune more closely to the subtleties of the body. By reducing visual input, I can focus more fully on what I feel through touch.

In the world of bodywork, it’s less about the modality itself and more about where we are able to meet the client. When we truly meet someone where they are, healing can unfold naturally. Whether it’s massage, Rolfing Structural Integration, lymphatic drainage therapy, Craniosacral therapy, acupuncture,chiropractic or the like—each approach is simply a different lens, a different entry point into the same intention: supporting the body’s capacity to reorganize, release, and restore.
