Join us on Friday at a new location for the next quarter of the year. We will meet at Boughey Park where M22 and Bingham rd meet on the shoreline of West Bay.

We’ll gather at the pavilion and sing together for an hour and a half. Bring your suit if you want to jump in the water! There’s a porta potty and picnic tables and a small swing set too. Kids always welcome. 🤗

Let’s sing by the water for the world we long for. Let’s sing about abundance. About our grief. About how we don’t want anyone left behind this time. 🌊

🌀July 14- Centering in Chaos: join us for a day of resourcing and support as we navigate these pressure-cooker days. Realign with your values and find clarity inside of confusing and overwhelming times.

🌵Aug 25 and Nov 22: Embodying Boundaries - learn more about how to offer authentic yes, nos, and maybes in your relationships. Source your consent from the body up.

Our small group coaching is a transformative 8-week experience that invites you to clarifying your longings, and declare the future you want to move toward. We practice being in change on purpose for ourselves and for our commitments to liberation in the world as changemakers.

a new in-person weekly somatic practice space

Are you finding it hard to continue to practice at home? 

Sustaining practice by yourself can be challenging which is why Tess over at River’s Edge Somatics and I are stoked to be launching this practice space here in our community.

This space is to support your ongoing practice, and to remind ourselves what matters to us and to continue to practice learning and healing together. 

🌀Center Together is a weekly drop-in practice space for folks wanting to integrate somatic practice into their daily lives.

🌀We start each session with foundational practices and then move into an additional practice or topic with more depth for the rest of our time together. 

🌀This methodology holds that through regular practice we can experience transformative shifts in our bodies and lives as lasting change.

Are you looking for every reason to be outside in the sunshine?
It’s been a long wait this spring for the warmth of the sun.
Join us on the land for a community song circle as the blooms open their faces to us and the creek sparkles. It’s magical among the garden and cedar trees at this land preserve just south of Suttons Bay.

What do we mean by sing for liberation?

One of the “Top 3” reasons we gather to sing is:

“ to practice in the world we want to live in by building connection + joy through song - we survive together.”

We sing to and for each other. We sing about the world we dream of. We sing our grief and our hope. We sing for the pleasure of it.
