Meet Your Provider

Nicole Leach, FNP-C (formerly Nicole Barron), is a proud Trenton native, wife, and mother of three who is passionate about serving the community she calls home.

Nicole has dedicated more than a decade to healthcare. She began her career as a Registered Nurse, spending 11 years in Trauma and Emergency Medicine at the University of Florida Health (UF Health), where she gained extensive experience caring for patients in high-acuity settings.

Driven by her passion for providing comprehensive patient care, Nicole pursued her advanced nursing education in 2020 and earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration in 2023. After serving patients at Palms Medical Group, she followed her vision of creating a more personal and accessible healthcare experience by founding On The Mend Mobile IV Therapy & Wellness. Offering Mobile Primary Care, IV Hydration, and Weight Loss Management

Nicole’s mission is simple: to make healthcare more convenient, affordable, and accessible while building meaningful relationships with the patients and families she serves. She believes quality healthcare should be patient-centered, compassionate, and available when and where people need it most.
