Today is World Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Day!

A day to recognize those across the world who live with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis,Indeterminate Colitis) and to raise awareness about this disease.

I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease 17 years ago and it has impacted my life more than I ever could’ve imagined.

For those who live with this disease, for the caregivers or anyone indirectly affected today is a day for you. To recognize the significance IBD has on patients around the world and to continue to raise awareness so that one day we may have a cure.
